1. Termination of employment by the employer, the employer's death, or business bankruptcy.
2. An employer physically assaults or abuses an employee.
3. The employer does not comply with the employment contract or labor protection laws.
4. Employees work in an environment that is hazardous to their life, mental well-being, or health.
5. The new employer or foreign worker agrees to compensate the previous employer for damages.
Foreign workers must apply for permission to work with a new employer within 30 days from the date they leave their previous employer.

1. One copy of the notification for the employment of foreign workers, along with one duplicate.
2. Work permit or evidence of work authorization
3. Copy of the passport. (PASSPORT)
